Alright, you fashion divas...HELP!

I need your help.
Family pictures are this monday, spur of the moment, for my husband's new job.
Yep, that's the big news, new job!  New place to live!
Lots of fun and exciting things...which one of them is new pictures....
so here's what I got so far....

And just ignore my weak photoshop skills...this is my first time doing this and i'm using the free trial...

So your thoughts?
Which sweater should my husband wear?  He'll be wearing a black shirt and pants with them
What bout my girls?
Are those colorful skirts too much?
BUT
most importantly...WHAT DO I WEAR?
would love your IMPUT!

PS the pics are on Monday...yikes...

I like the bottom sweater for Joe. It looks a little more classy, IMO.

What if Emma wore the grey sweater dress and Kate the purple skirt/top combo and you with a black skirt and plum top? The bottom sweater for Joe looks like you could do plum?

My other thought was both girls in the grey sweater dress. You and Joe would be the only two with purple but that might be enough because the adults usually stand out more in pictures. Get the girls some purple bracelets/headbands or something.

I think the bottom sweater for Joe I think the girl's would be cute in the purple outfits, and for you I would say, black skirt purple/plum top and maybe a gray cardigan. You can also do black dress with purple head band or accessory. This way the kids will pop. That is kinda what I did for our family pictures. Ryan and I were in gray and white Courtney was in Pink and white - I wore pink heels.

I was going to say something similar to the previous commenter, except I actually prefer the top sweater for your husband. I'd kind of lean toward the sweater dresses as well, with purple accessories of some sort, and a purple top for you :)

I like the bottom sweater for Joe as I think the smaller print is better. I love the sweater and skirt option for the girls. I would do matching skirts, but different sweater colors. For you, I'd go with either a sweater similar in style to the girls, with skinny boots and either skinny jeans or a great pencil skirt. I also like the idea of a black dress with purple and grey accents. Since everybody else has plaid, if you could pull off a small plaid something it would would tie things together. I also think that grey sweater you cam up with this summer would also work in this case.

Bottom sweater for Joe. Grey sweater dress for Emma. Purple sweater/skirt combo for Kate. Boots and awesome tights with the sweater dress. You. Grey pencil skirt. White button-up with ruffles or something feminine. Purple/plum cardi and if u couldn't find a frilly button up find a frilly cardi. This is from my phone so it's hard to go into much more detail

Bottom sweater for Joe. Purple skirt for Kate. Grey sweater dress for Emma or purple skirt with a Grey cardi. You in black or grey with purple accessories. I think Heather's advice for you would be super cute if you could find it.

You may already be decided on outfits by now, but in case you want another idea ...

Joe in top sweater -- more subtle.
Girls in gray sweater dresses with pops of color in accessories -- purple hair bows or jewelry or leggings on one girl, pink on another. Or mix and match. I think the boots are fun with the sweaters.

You now have the ability to wear pink or purple with gray/black accents -- like a cardigan with a collared shirt and a gray skirt. And you have the freedom to accessorize at will -- color, black, silver.

This is all without knowledge of what's in your closet ... but I know you'll figure it out and it will look fabulous.

My only thing is, I fear if you put the girls in the purple plaid skirt, there will be too much plaid/argyle diagonals, which would distract from your beautiful faces.
