I go on and on about Kate and her funny smiles and giggles so I figured I should back myself up. So here's a cute clip of her. Beware of my constant baby talk that I do in the video...watching it over, I sound really funny!
those dimples are precious! In reference to your tutu questions - I cut my strips about 1 1/2-2 inches wide (so that they are thin, yet thick enough to be strong enough not to rip if they should get tugged). I buy bolts of tulle that are 54" wide, but folded. Depending on how long you wish you tutu to be - I cut mine in half and tie in the middle, creating a skirt approximately 13 inches long. But, like you said - this is one of those "you can't really do it wrong" projects...just make it up as you go depending on your preferences! From start to finish, it took me about 3 hours to tie up a big fluffy skirt. Surely, you can fit that in before Halloween!! Good luck!

Oh, that was so cute. She's precious. That smile and those chubby cheeks with the dimples. What a doll.
Aww, I just want to eat her up!! she's so cute and chubby!
I see Emma in her when she smiles. You sure make beautiful babies!!!
That's so darn cute. Those are some of the biggest dimples I've seen on a baby yet. She seems so advanced for her age?!? She's adorable.
She is so precious! I just want to squeeze her little cheeks every time I see her.
I love those dimples! They are so cute! She has the sweetest personality!
we were watching Kate's video and Carter was so mad that he could hear you but that he could not see you and he wanted to see Emma?!? it was funny! :)

Don't you just love listening to how funny you sound trying to get them to smile or perform? I loved the clip. Kate is so cute!
